Product Applications
1. A RoHS-compliant, chromium-free passivation agent for aluminum. Contains no hexavalent chromium or other heavy metals, offering an ideal alternative to traditional chromate passivation.
2. Excellent Adhesion & Weather Resistance: Forms a strong conversion film on aluminum substrate. After treatment and coating, passes stringent salt spray and weathering tests per Qualicoat, AAMA 2603/2604, and GB/T 5237 standards.
3. Single-Component Use: Same agent for bath make-up and replenishment. Eliminates mixing errors associated with two-component A/B systems.
4. Water-Rinse-Free Process: Direct drying and coating after passivation. Saves water, achieves zero wastewater discharge, and significantly simplifies wastewater treatment.
5. Broad Equipment Compatibility: Perfectly suits various automated coating lines, including vertical, horizontal, spray, and immersion types.
