Product Applications
1. Designed for aluminum and its alloys, this mixed-acid, high-performance surfactant system rapidly removes oxide films and oils, providing a clean, activated surface for anodizing, coloring, electrophoresis, or spray coating.
2. Rapid Film Removal: Effectively strips the dense natural oxide film from aluminum surfaces, exposing a fresh, active metal substrate to ensure uniform results in subsequent treatments.
3. Strong Degreasing: Excellent synthetic surfactant combination provides outstanding emulsifying, dispersing, and removal capabilities for various lubricating oils, cutting oils, rust preventive oils, and stamping oils.
4. Enhanced Surface Texture: After oxidation and coloring treatments, workpieces achieve brighter surfaces, better texture, and uniform, full color.
5. Mild & Eco-Friendly: Compared to traditional strong alkaline degreasers, this product has a pH range of 4-7, offering lower irritancy. Formulated with biodegradable organic acids to help reduce wastewater treatment burden.
6. Suitable for spray and immersion processes: ASD is for immersion, ASDL is for spray.
7. Degreasing and film removal pretreatment for aluminum profiles, sheets, strips, and foils; Surface cleaning of aluminum alloy die-cast parts, heat sinks, and automotive components.
