Product Applications
In electrolytic degreasing: Its high current tolerance enables it to withstand high current densities during electrolytic cleaning processes without decomposing or generating excessive foam.
For PCB degreasing and hole conditioning: Used for degreasing and hole wall conditioning in electroless copper plating / electroplating pretreatment processes. Its low-foaming properties make it suitable for spray and ultrasonic cleaning processes. Resistant to acids and alkalis, particularly suitable for various chemical environments in PCB manufacturing.
In alkaline cleaning: Effectively couples low-foaming nonionic surfactants into liquid alkaline cleaning formulations. Excellent alkali resistance and electrolyte resistance, suitable for high-alkali cleaning systems. Outstanding lime soap dispersion capability prevents calcium soap precipitation in hard water conditions. Suitable for both high-pressure and low-pressure spray applications.
Also can be used as an emulsifier to improve corrosion resistance and stability.
Can replace Syensqo RHODAFAC RP-710 with equivalent performance.
