Product Applications
Electroplating Industry：
1. In PCB acidic copper plating, as well as in acidic copper plating for hardware and plastics, it serves as a grain refiner, leveler, and throwing agent. It effectively reduces internal stress in the deposit, improves coverage in low-current-density areas (throwing power), and results in a more uniform and bright coating.
2. In acidic zinc plating or tin/lead alloy plating, it acts to refine the grain structure and serve as an auxiliary brightener, enhancing the coating's appearance and corrosion resistance.
Lithium Battery Copper Foil：Functions as a carrier or surfactant—a key auxiliary additive that improves bath wettability, ensuring uniform and deep copper deposition, especially in micro-holes and low-current-density areas.
Metalworking Fluids：
1. Cutting fluids (as base oil or additive): Provides lubrication, cooling, and wetting; extends tool life and improves surface finish.
Fire-resistant hydraulic fluids, quenchants, drawing oils.
2. Textile fiber lubricants and carrier for high-efficiency fluxes.
Can replace Dow UCON™ 50-HB-400, Sanyo 50-HB-400, and Huntsman WL-660, providing equivalent functionality.
