Organic Additive in Electrolytic Copper Foil：
1. Grain Orientation Control – Preferred Growth: As HEC concentration increases, copper crystals shift from conventional Cu(111) orientation to Cu(220) orientation. This crystallographic transformation is key to enhancing tensile strength of copper foil at the microstructural level.
2. Surface Roughness Reduction – Improved Smoothness: HEC effectively suppresses disordered copper ion deposition, resulting in smoother copper foil surfaces.
3. Internal Stress Regulation – Reduced Warping: HEC releases internal stress by forming micropores within the copper foil, significantly reducing warpage.
Non-Ionic Water-Soluble Polymer：
1. Building Materials: Functions as a water retention agent, binder, and rheology modifier in mortars and gypsum-based products.
